Julia Vogl is breaking stereotypes of what it means to be confident. With the majority of her adult life in the spotlight, the former TV presenter, actor and model was immersed in a world where confidence is often manufactured, and has had to find her own authentic voice amongst the noise. And now she's shouting that voice from the rooftops as she helps others do the same.
I spoke to this inspiring woman about how she has navigated this journey, how uprooting her life on the brink of a great opportunity was the best decision she'd made, how she has used social media to her advantage, and why she's so excited to help people become more confident on camera, and in life.
